1. Register through MSE Investor Complaint Redressal Portal - For Investor( click on New User )

2. Register through MSE complaint Register portal - For Trading Member( click on TM Registration )

3. Login to MSE Investor Complaint Redressal Portal through registered User ID

4. Click on ‘File New Complaint’ under 'Complaint' tab

5. Fill all the required details in Complaint Form

6. Click on 'Verify' to confirm the details entered in the complaint form

7. Click on 'Confirm & Submit' to register the complaint

8. Complaint registered. Unique reference no generated for the complaint

9. View status of your complaint through Dashboard
